This equestrian helmet features the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System (MIPS), a lightweight, low-friction layer inside the helmet. MIPS allows a multi-directional movement of 10mm to 15mm on certain angled impacts and is intended to help reduce rotational force to the rider’s head in the event of a fall.
